| 4) When we receive your order , we will check the stock and calculate the product cost and shipment cost and confirm you again. |

5) As soon as we receive your finalized Confirmation for the order (Purchased Order -PO)
and receive your full amount of money by Bank Transfer or Western Union-money transfer <See the Detail of Payment, "How To Pay" -Click here) We will ship your products by EMS : Express Mail Service , international mail services or Air freight(cargo). |

| 7) Import Permitted |
| |
In case you need the Import Permitted, please inform us in advance for preparation. |

| 8) Complaints |
| |
Complaints concerning the quality of our products must be reported within 24 hours via E-mail : ture@adeniumthai.com with damage confirmation document and photograph. |
